What's New @ THS?
Tumwater Summer Basketball Camp runs June 28th-July 2 for
kids 3rd grade & up. See the following brochure for

up-to-date information on our TSB camp and TSMB (Tumwater
Saturday Morning Basketball).
The District is revising the 4Ps requirement for the Class
of 2011. The anticipated changes include:
- You will not submit a portfolio
- Your project/presentation will be an exit interview related
to your career goals.
For now, please focus on completing your community outreach
requirement. We will provide more details on your
project/presentation in the fall.
TCTV filmed the THS graduation and will show it on Channel 26 from July through
Augus (see schedule below). Families may purchase a copy of the tape for $20
(plus $3 for shipping) by calling (360) 956-3100.

Classes require a minimum of 25 students enrolled (paid).
The first 30 students who pay get a seat in the class. (Students
may attend either school, but must pay at the school they wish
to

"Beginning this Thursday June 10th, it becomes a primary
offense for Washington state drivers to talk with a cell phone
pressed to their ear. For adults, that means paying a fine
of $124; however, for teenagers, there is more than just money
involved. Teens caught in the act will not be allowed to graduate
past their intermediate driver's license until they turn 18."

of what financial aid is, who is eligible, where the money
comes from and how to apply.
